  : they don't clean the room everydaythe staff was irresponsible and they lied to usthey cancelled my booking and didn't notify me about that, so they changed our hotel at last minute and they changed our payment

  : 1. Air condictioner and TV remote was not in the room, so no air conditioner in hot nights. 2. The shower was broken and fixed cheaply therefor water was leaking around shower on the floor, water had no pressure and it was leaking, no place for soap or other shower appliences, there was black paint or dirt on the ceiling3. Bidet was right in front of toilet seat so toilet seat was not usable.

  : The room is a 6th floor apartment room with another room next to it. The building was very difficult to find as there was no sign on the street. The facility has a gate which guest has to have a code to enter. We were not given the code. I had to call the phone number on my reservation to find out the code. It took a long time to find the place and finally get inside the building. The room was not ready and we had to wait for over an hour for the cleaning to finish. There was no air conditioning or window shade for privacy. The only positive side is it was close to train station.
  : Front gate code should have been provided at reservation.A street sign with the facility name would be helpful.Basic furniture such as closet and table with chairs are needed. We had a chest with all draws wired shut. A closet stuffed with extra bedding covers. A desk and chair with a bed were all we had. Blanket was just a flat sheet.

  : we didn’t see the host and we’re relocated in another hotel which is named “charm of Rome”, organisation was not quite good and there were no reception there. there were some problems with the bathroom at the end but they were fixed by their self’s

  : The location is great. It's close to Termini. The property owner was nice once we could contact him (some hours after our arrival).The price is really good for the location. It's nice for a night or two. There are groceries around so you can have almost everything at reasonable prices close to the place.
  : It was hard to contact the property. I was trying some weeks before the arrival date. The day before we arrived, even Booking staff couldn't contact the property, so we didn't know if we are going to stay there until 2h after we arrived in Rome. The room was overall clean. However the sheets didn't seem clean. The toilet seat was missing.I would not recommend using the elevator. We were using the stairs (keep in mind the property is on the 7th floor).
