  : The staff was AMAZING!! The owner was very friendly and so chill, he explained everything to us and was very kind to us! The property looks like an apartment, and the room have flower’s names (my room was “giglio”), this is something very unique about it! We stayed three nights and each day, they would bring some new towels in the bathroom during the cleaning time. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of choices: croissants, eggs, cereals etc. the location was AMAZING! It was in centre Rome and a couple of minutes walking from the colosseum AND the train station, the underground etc. it was surrounded by nice restaurants and ice cream places. It’s also close to some shops for shopping
  : Unfortunately I had troubles with showering: to get some hot water I had to wait 5 minutes before I get it(with a very bad water pressure). The cleaning lady did not clean the floor, it was plenty of dust

  : I have stayed here before and like the location and the owners. I would stay here again but would make sure the water pump is working!
  : there was a problem with the water pump so no shower possible for early morning departure. Breakfast is served from 7.30 on and I had to leave at 6 A.M. Coffee is however self-service.

  : We were greated by the very welcoming owner who made us feel right at home and had great tips for transportation and restaurants in the city. The rooms look good and are in decent shape. This is no luxury residence, but great value for money. The windows blocked most of the noice and the AC kept the room cool. While the beds were ok, they could do with an update.
  : The matress had seen better days and the headboard was showing its age and use. Since this is the primary utility in a hotel, some updates should be considered.

  : Location was really good, close to Metro and Termini station. Of course in Rome you cannot be close to all attractions because they are scattered around the city but overall a very good location. Totally recommended. Staff was very nice, fresh potable water was provided at all times and the breakfast was nice and tasty. The bathroom was better than we expected, large, clean and recently refurbished.
  : The bed was not so comfortable and was squeaky.

  : Location is perfect! 10minutes to Collosseum. Nice atmosphere, helpful stuff!
  : Loudly in the morning- preparing the breakfast in the room next to mine. Very poor breakfast

  : Close to the train station, felt like safe neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. You can walk to the shopping streets and the famous sites like Trevi fountain.
  : We didnt see any staff until accidentally when we were leaving. I got the check in info by whatsapp. Breakfast was nothing special. If it's not included in the price don't pay for it.
