  : I would recommend this place for two main reasons – 1) Location, only 7 minute walk from Termini station (Metro station, bus station and intercity train station), makes it really easy to move around Rome using public transportation; 2) Carlo, the caretaker, of the property is really nice and helpful. I had contacted him ahead of time and then again as we took Leanardo Express from the Airport (takes 32 minutes from the airport, no traffic hassle) to give a better ETA. He met us at the main gate so we did not have to struggle to find which house. It was dusk time so him being at the door really made it wasy for us. There is a Coop supermarket across the main street (just 2 minutes away), so if you need to buy any items, it is really helpful. Coming from the USA, shower area is small for most such properties but that seems to be the norm in Europe.
