  : The location was perfect.
  : At arrival, there is no reception and noone to greet you. I was asked to send a copy of my ID card by watsapp in exchange for an access code to the property. The room was dreary.There was considerable noise coming from the neighbouring rooms.On my last morning there was no hot water.

  : Had an odour in the rooms. Our door didn't lock properly, no coffee cups, although there was a kettle, no cooling, no fans, shower head broken, missing batteries for safe but others it's OK

  : Old and stained furniture and curtains. Minimal amenities. AC not working. Hot water works occasionally.

  : The location was good. You were able to reach everything quick. The shower was also nice.
  : Check in instruction only after calling in front of the locked door, weird smell in the hotel, the bed was dirty and the sink leaking. When our door wouldn’t open we needed to go to another hotel to pick up our spare card and no one of the staff would bring us. There were drilling holes in the wall and almost no light was working.

  : The location was good, you could walk to most attractions. The heating worked really well. The mattress was comfortable.
  : -The WiFi was very weak and didn't work properly.- The bedside lamp was completely broken and the shade was torn.- The toilet seat and lid was completely snapped off, everytime you sat on it you slipped off. It was also dirty, had old hairs and dried urine from past customers.- The shower had 2 options for the head one from the roof and hand held one. The one coming from the roof sprayed upwards into the electrics. VERY DANGEROUS! forced to use hand held one. That could be attached to wall but it was so low you had to bend over to wash your hair and face. It also got cold for the second person using it.- There was a terrible sewerage smell throughout the whole guest house that came into the rooms.- No hooks or shelves in bathroom to put towels or toiletries. Just the sink which can barely hold a soap.- Towel rack above bidet which is disgusting. I don't want my towel touching or anywhere near a bidet.- Only 1 pillow on the bed- The bed was comfortable except that they were 2 beds pushed together and they kept coming apart at night. Also the sheets were not fitted. Everytime you rolled over the sheets would come untucked and expose the mattress which meant you were sleeping on the mattress instead of the sheets. Not hygienic at all!!- Safe didn't work(Toilet and shower were reported and was told maintenance would fix it. We stayed in room 4)
