  : The host was very kind and helpful.The room was big,clean and comfy. They offered us free coffee at lobby. Also very kind of them to keep our luggage there for some hours. The location was very good

  : The room was exactly as described. The wifi was decent and there was an electric kettle and mugs in the room.
  : Unprofessional, patronizing and rude owners playing childish games. Cleaning of the room is done only once in 4 days.The water pressure in the shower was weak and the hot water barely worked for 30 seconds. Not good for colder months. Due to an airline strike, I had to change my plans. I contacted the accomodation over Booking.com messaging system regarding my early check out 2 days prior to my planned check out. Instead of being upfront and stating that they will not change, they told me to stop bothering them with messages and kept stalling.I was told to contact Booking and Booking tried to contact them several times. They clearly avoided responding to Booking and cut their calls. After 2 days, they complained to Booking.com that my request was strange and last minute, when in reality, we had been trying to contact them for 2 days. Instead of wasting my time, trying to contact them and Booking, they could have been upfront and saved me time and energy.I have noticed that some reviews mention Armando. This place is owned by an Iranian family - Taherian rizi Elaheh and Hirat. Moreover, I feel Booking.com is more in favour of the accomodation rather than identifying the issue as a whole.

  : Armando was extremely helpful with regards to places to visit and eat and welcomed us on arrival. I stayed there with 2 friends and we all felt the location was great.

  : The location was great, lots of restaurants nearby, near termini station and walkable to nearby sites. The wifi was strong, and there was coffee in the little lobby. The hosts were very attentive and helpful.
  : the shower didn't always get hot, the room was a tiny bit noisy at times from noise in the courtyard outside the window, but the hosts helped us resolve this- ultimately I would stay here again despite these minor issues.
