  : The front desk guy was a great help and very friendly. Was always helpful!
  : Maybe it was because of the heat, not sure, but our electricity went out a total of three times in three days. Also, the air conditioning leaks water if not poured out which happened to us over night and led to some of our things getting wet. Cleaning also walked in early morning, although the tidy my room sign was not on the door

  : Comfortable bed. Clean room. Staff with a good suggestion for restaurants.
  : There is no metro station close by, any bus stop had to walk 1km, the wooden window to the duct of the building was rotten and falling down, the toilet seat completely loose, the shower did not fit at the height, only shampoo was available, none soap. For delay in our flight (through no fault of ours) we paid an extra fee of 20 euros, as we arrived 9 minutes after 20pm.

  : The staff was very responsive to any requests, no complaints there. The location is pretty nice, within one hour of all the major attractions.
  : It did not feel like 'luxury'. The shower head was very dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and there was mold in the bathroom. Also having the room right behind the reception meant there was almost constant noise.

  : Sallustio Luxury Suites was located in a very convenient area in Rome. It was just a few minutes away from all the bus stops that you will be riding to go to all the spots you will be visiting in Rome. Trevi Fountain was only 20 minutes walk from the Suites, or just 12 minute bus ride, while Vatican was 40 minutes ride and just less than 10 minute walk to the bus stop. They will also be giving you suggestions on where to eat and where to get groceries. Theres also an elevator in the property so bringing your luggage up and down wont be an issue. The staff were nice and very responsive especially the owner, Sean, who assisted us in our needs during our 5 nights stay. Theres a common kitchen where you can borrow mugs and cups as well as electric water kettle if you want to have coffee in your room in the morning. You may also request for hotel shuttle service through them, but you can also opt to go there via Leonardo Express.
  : The room given to us was I think a smoking room so the smell when we entered was a bit odd, but our room had a veranda so we easily got rid of the smell after a few hours.

  : the staff was very accommodating and helped us check in very well. the room had all the basic needs for a standard room. the airconditioning was very good which is nice in such a hot city
  : it did not exactly feel like luxury everything felt a bit old and some thing where on the brink of breaking. also the WiFi was so bad it most of the time did not work which was a huge minus.
