  : The location is top, peaceful and a lot of nice non-tourist-trap restaurants were situated nearby.
  : The room was noisy and a bit dirty but on a peaceful and nice street situated on 15 min pedestrian distance from the Colleseum and di Treve fountain. There was no breakfast.

  : Quite small room, looked much better in pictures. Balcony was not good, felt like it was slanting down. Needs redecorating, lots of dirty marks on the walls.

  : I can honestly say that i am quite disappointed. I made sure to specify that I wanted the 18m2 room. When we arrived we were met with the smallest room they had in house. The sheets were covered in stains that probably were too difficult to clean. Same thing with the towels. There were ants everywhere (probably because they didn’t clean under the fridge). I see many reviews praising how clean this place was, but I can’t say I share the same experience. The bathroom had black mold in the shower and hair on the floor. The host was nice and helpful, but that sadly didn’t compensate for the waste of money spent on this housing.

  : Super friendly welcome from the staff at Cicero who do whatever they can to make your life easier including finding us a room for our last night after stay was extended. Room is cleaned perfectly every day and our room at the front side of the property was bright and lovely with the morning sun, bathroom newly decorated. Only a 20 min walk from the Spanish Steps and only takes about 20 mins to walk to the main train station too but unlike around Rome Termini this area feels safe and clean, I would stay again.
  : The main staircase is currently being retiled and there was some noise from this but I imagine they will have finished by mid April 2022, note there is also building work on the street which can make some early noise but you are in the City of Rome so such things are to be expected. Balconies need a tidy up but again I can see this is going to be done soon.
