  : The chef was amazing. Low profile and nice personality. He even helped us to call a taxi. He was adding gourmet sandwiches to our buffet. He never refused to make us a second cup of coffee. Absolutely amazing!

  : The room itself was great and location it was a 30 minutes walk from the centre. The room was very spacious.
  : The breakfast included wasn’t great, the staff were rude and unhelpful. They booked us a taxi which went up in price by 10 euros even though they told me it was 50 three times. The taxi they booked us they didn’t even arrive. Our room was only cleaned once in our stay. We ran out of shampoo, shower gel and toilet roll twice. But staff are only on site between certain hours. We also didn’t receive any clean towels.We arrived at 11am yet had to wait until 3:30pm to get into our room, even though we were sat waiting. The price of the hotel doesn’t match the service.

  : Location was quite ok, the bathroom was modern.
  : The water in the shower was not warm enough, the room was too cool too, there was no Coffee machine or kettle, the first morning we got up at 9.00 and waited for 30 min till we were shown where breakfast was served! It seemed that there were no other guests or staff. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable.

  : Veey comfort room and the bathroom really huge. Quiet location and easy to reach the city center. Staff very friendly and tried to help at any given time.

  : WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. First of all, you need to read the policy they have. For arriving between 8 pm and 10:30 pm they want you to pay 50€ extra. And after 10.30 pm you should pay 100€ extra. And they don’t give you invoice for those money so this is an abuse. I was there with my bf and one another couple, with 2 reservation for each couple. We have discuss with the stuff a week before our trip and they told us we can pay, all of us, together, those 50€ IN CASH for arriving at 10:15 pm, to the person who will be there for us.One day before our trip they message us that we should pay 80€, without recognizing what we talked before. They told us that if we don’t pay those 80€, they will cancel our reservation, without giving us the money we paid for the room back.it is not normal, considering that the person who came for a reservation would have been there regardless of the number of reservations.Before booking, consider that your flight/ train/ bus may be delayed and you will have to pay extra money for nothing!!!

  : The breakfast had few food options, specially savory foods and one night we saw a rat wandeing through the corridor
