  : Price was fine for the place.Location was not so good, but good enough for the price.
  : The host didn't speak english, it was hard to communicate with her.The room was basically ok, but you get noise from the common area when people where coming in and out and the door was not isolating any noise, so we got woken up many times because of this.

  : This is a homestay, not a hotel, and the website doesn't make it clear. After I arrived, I couldn't find where it was, and I found the landlady only with the help of the nearby enthusiastic neighbor. The landlady can't understand English, and the few English words she can speak are very accented, and communication is very difficult. There was blood on the only quilt, but I didn't know where to find the landlady to solve it (when I checked in, I asked her how to find her, and she pointed to her ear to indicate that she didn't understand), so I slept with a bath towel for two days.

  : False advertising: full kitchen meant refrigerator, teapot and sink with no soap. We were not allow to use the stove. Room did not appear as nice as they show in pictures. Our window had a dumpster view and our bathroom smelled of urine. First night cold water and no a/c. We called a number to have someone fix it and they told us to message them on WhatsApp so they could come and they left us on read and ignored us until the next day.You have to pay a city tax and they refuse to let you pay with card, only euros. We gave half the first day and said we would exchange more money for the rest but the owners would harass us every day with messages to pay them back and even left a note on our door. A man knocked on our door at 10:30pm while me and my daughter were in bed demanding money making us very uncomfortable. They refused to clean our room because we were in there and we asked them to clean our bathroom and get new towels and they said it was “all or nothing”. So we were left with a dirty room. Owners don’t speak English and yell at you for not understanding them.

  : The location wasn't too bad. After all, Roma is very big! We found it very easy to get round using the local buses, day or night. Nearby there are a good selection of bars, restaurants and cafes,
  : It was not easy to find the place at all, as there is just a tiny push button bell in a large panel on the wall with a whole load of other bells. Inside, there is no reception in the foyer and we waited quite a while for someone to show up to check us in. We weren't expecting breakfast as we didn't select that option. Good job really, as it definitely wouldn't have been available. You were not allowed to have food in the kitchen/prep area, only drinks. The kitchen was shared between 3 apartments too which made things a little tricky when making coffee in the morning in PJ's. The room my Son and I had was really quite small and you could just about walk around the double and single beds. The double bed mattress was worn out and dipped on the right hand side, meaning you could only sleep on the left. The view from the room window was dire, over an enclosed courtyard, with multiple rubbish bins and air conditioning units whirring all the time. The bathroom window did not open at all. Was pleased to only stay for two nights.

  : Advertised with a non functional kitchen, basically you had access to a shared between 3 rooms..A kettle each, forget the kitchen - turn the non kitchen area into a lounge area. Hey presto.

  : The mattress was really comfortable and the duvet and sheets were of really good quality cotton, and really cosy. It felt clean, and I slept well. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very good and it was hot. The gentleman running the property was very friendly.

  : Clean, comfortable, good location, the guy that attended us suggested a great restaurant close by. We loved it.
  : In the instructions, we should have what floor and name on door or number on the door to help up locate our place in this places all doors look alike and don't have a clue what room.

  : The location is great! And the bed is quite clean and good. The same is for the bathroom, it is clean and has everything you need.
  : Of course it’s a cultural preference, but the rose scented perfume, which’s smell fills the whole place, was very much not in our spirit. We removed the source of smell from our room, at what point another smell began to unravel itself: A sort of mushy smell of an enclosed room. This of course leads to the suspicion that the water is there to cover something up, but once again - maybe it’s just a cultural difference.Also, the room door is quite thin, which means that you can hear everything going on in the common room. Since it’s was a pretty quiet place during our stay, it didn’t keep us awake or anything, but it takes away the sense of privacy from the room.when we booked our stay, the description said that there would be breakfast, which we found out during check-in was not included. we are not sure if this was some sort of Covid restriction still in effect, but the communication was not clear on this in advance to the check-in.
