  : The photos shown on the website are all wrong. The impression one gets from the pictures are just opposite actually. Very small room with a tiny bathroom of 2 x3 ft space and good for a small child and not a couple. No one is ever present at reception.AC control doesn't work properly.. One can easily get stuck in the bathroom since there's no handle to open the folding door.There is not enough lighting in the room. It's not worth the expensive accommodation.

  : I gotta tell you the truth. This hotel is disgusting. No:1 There is mold on the walls. No:2 There is dust everywhere where dirt can collect and in some places very thick, such as on the stove inside the bath.No:3 All the walls in the room are very muddyNo:4 There is a lot of moisture damage on the floorNo:5 Shower cubicle does not closeNo:6 Elevator and a stairwell covered in government and filthThis hotel is very expensive and does not meet the standards of cleanliness at all. It's pure disgusting.

  : The room was very clean, the location was ideal, very close to metro and walking distance to major attractions. It was quiet. The owner was very prompt to reply to messages and replaced our broken kettle with a new one the same day. It was much appreciated, thank you. We would recommend this place and would stay again.

Disappointing

  : Appreciated that we were allowed to drop off our luggage before check-in, that was really helpful. The level of cleanliness was good and housekeeping made a towel elephant for my kids, which was sweet.
  : Room was described as having a 'spa bath', but no bathplug was provided. When I asked for a plug, I was told that they didn't have one, and when I offered to buy one (they're very cheap), I was told I was not allowed to use it as a bath or they would 'bill for any damage'. There was already a leaking tap which I had flagged on arrival, and it turned out the bathtub leaked even when used as a shower. It sounds trivial, but not having a bath for two small children was a big inconvenience, and the owner's attitude about it was rude.
