  : 1. Bed was comfortable2. Quiet neighbourhood3. Room was clean and big4. Eco-friendly: we appreciate the fact that they only changed our towels and clean the room upon request5. Great location with a very good bakery few doors away.We stayed for 4 nights in total, had good and uninterrupted sleep apart from the minor inconveniences mentioned above.
  : 1. Missing shower panel replaced with a temporary shower curtain. When we showered (very carefully as to not to have water spraying out of the shower curtain), the bathroom floor were still eventually flooded. Not super unpleasant to deal with but just inconvenience. Please fix the shower panel.2. We arrived rather late at night due to flight delay, wanted a good shower, the room was only provided with 2 X 20ml tiny bottles of shower gel which wasn't enough at all. The shops were all closed at 11.30pm and thankfully we had a bottle of shampoo from our previous trip, we showered with shampoo instead. Please provide more shower gel in the future.

  : The location was great. You can walk to Termini in 15 min. you can use e scooters to see around and leave them in front of the hotel. There was fridge in the room and it was working well.
  : The staff was not able to speak any English. The bathroom supplies were really poor there was not hand soap when we asked for it they gave us from the common bathroom, thanks for that. The windows were a bit tricky when we opened then it was hard to close back. So that we didn’t open again and had to stay all in dark. Even though you open the window the room was still dark. The bathroom needed maintenance the shower was not standing still and the water in the sink and shower didn’t drain properly.

  : This place is such good value, outstanding value actually. It was much more stylish than the place I stayed the following weekend and paid 100 euros! The room was modern, stylish and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom very modern. The location was great for I wanted, and was only a 5 min walk from Termini station. I would definitely come back, if the shower was fixed!
  : Just one thing to make it perfect... The heat of the water in the shower. As other reviews have noted, it was impossible to get the shower at a good temperature, it was either scalding or cold, with old a few seconds in between. I think although the price of the room is really low, and its still amazing value, having a usable shower is a basic need. Small additional point. The fact that there is noone there on reception after 7pm made me slightly nervous as if there was a problem getting back in, you would have to call. The gentleman on reception gave very good instructions and showed me exactly how to come and go. And in the end all was good.
