  : Staff was excellent, helpful and kind. Room was clean and well set up. Location was close to the train station but not too far from sites so that was great. Seemed to be on a quieter street although active so it didn't feel isolated.
  : Beds in Italy are just harder than America.

  : Great location and friendly staff! You are in the center of all main attractions. It's a short scroll to the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps :)

  : The staff were extremely helpful and polite.
  : The toilet did not flush it was continuously slowly running and as result it was not flushing.There was no water pressure, the shower produced only a trickle of water which was either burning hot or cold we could not have a shower at all. Breakfast consisted of a few cakes and nothing else. No eggs, no yoghurt, no cereal, no fresh fruit. It certainly was not value for money.

  : When I arrived they said we don't have your room and gave me the smallest room they had. But it wasn't what I booked and paid through booking.com. I talked to everyone over there. And neither I got the room that I booked nor got a refund because of their mistakes. Shower was horrible didn't have enough pressure for hot water. Fridge and hair dryer didn't work at all. And the bed you could feel the springs in your back. The room and management are horrible.

  : The only good thing about this hotel is it's location.
  : The first night, the AC unit in my room did not function. I called the guy from reception and he said it will work after I come back from being out. We left and returned late. At 11PM I went to my room and the AC didn't work with 30 degrees outside. The power outlets in my room didn't work either. I had to leave the hotel for a much more expensive hotel away from my family since the hotel was fully booked. In the other rooms, there wasn't any shampoo/soap in the bath despensers, the toilets kept draining water making it hard to sleep, and the room was very dirty under the beds. The mattress on the bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. Please avoid this place or any other hotel near Termini Station. By the end, when I went to pay at reception, they offered me a discount if I was to cancel the booking through booking.com, of course I said no.

  : perfect location! Walkable from the train station and to all the main sights, lots of shopping and restaurants. Elevator is convenient. The rooms are newly remodeled and perfectly clean. Room is made daily and clean towels provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is old (which I think is a plus, historic) and has character; the rooms are modern. I would definitely stay here again, but maybe call them directly and see if I can get a Roman discount since I was born in Rome
  : Room for 2 was tiny, but had enough space for our suitcases and stuff No curtains so some light comes through the shutters. Breakfast is open only until 9:30 (or more like 9:15) and its just basic coffee and pastries, some juices. ok for Italians . All in all the hotel is on the expensive side for what it offers, but Rome is expensive
