  : Placed in the heart of Rome, clean.

  : Good location, walking distance to/from Termini Station and not far from main touristic sites.Clean room, nice touch the morning croissants left outside our door.
  : The neighbourhood wasn't too pleasant, specially at night.The room was a bit tight for 3 persons

  : It was value for money during a busy summer season in Rome.
  : We were actually not staying in the Marta Inn, and were provided with a different address prior to check in. The address we were provided was also not displaying correctly in maps (both Google and Apple) which provided a fair bit of uncertainty for us. The hosts were prompt to support and provide assistance, but I did not enjoy the experience of not staying at the address I had intentionally booked.

  : Not recommended at all. When I was on my way to the hotel I got sms from the hotel saying to go to another address for check-in. And the reason they give me an inside toilet as an upgrade. First I did not ask for an upgrade and I do not think this is a favor from the hotel. First of all, it is not secure and against the rules, you are not going to the address you booked on the website. Anyways I reached to new address old residential building no one in the entry opened the old doors and elevator. I said okay do not let it have an impact on your trip. The reception even I do not want to call it this just in front of the rooms, because of too much noise I could not take a short sleep after my long trip. The next day morning the same. Besides what I booked and what they gave me were not the same in bad conditions. I have all proof of the conversation and pictures of the place.

  : Breakfast was convenient with provisions in the room and fresh pastries hung on the door each morning.
  : The shower was very tight, no space whatsoever in the bathroom.

  : Sheika (sorry if I misspelt it!) was a wonderful host, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! The room is clean and comfortable, and access is safe and easy. the location is ideal, especially if you are catching the train. The pastries for breakfast are
  : The bathroom is quite small, which made it a bit cramped for a tall man. But it’s not a major problem for a short stay.

  : The location was great, felt safe. So many things were just a walking distance. The staff were great as well and very welcoming/helpful. Check in was somehow easy, the bed was comfortable (although kind of small, Im 184 cms, usually don’t face these problems). But its great value for the money.
  : The closest was really old, and not well maintained. No sound proof of what so ever, we woke up to the sound of other guests using the kitchen and their external bathrooms ( we had two rooms with in-suite bathrooms). There’s a weird smell ( not that bad but its there ) that you eventually get used to. One bathroom was small and not as clean as the bathroom in the other room.
