  : Horrible experience! We notified the owner by sending a message through booking.com of our arrival time one day ahead, we got no reaction. On the day of arrival we notified again using the ‘official’ booking.com method in which you can select a time slot of 1 hour in which you will arrive. Upon arriving nobody was there. Tried to contact the owner 3 times, no reaction. She then called back and told us somebody would arrive 30 minutes later. The girl who arrived 1 hour after our arrival told us she was late because of another check in. In our confirmation city tax was quoted for the adults only, but it turned out that in Rome you have to pay city tax from 10 years and older. I told the girl that she already could have seen this, and that I was not willing to pay the full amount. This resulted in her calling the police. I then contacted booking.com who told me to just pay the full amount and make sure that we get a receipt (which we could send to booking.com in order to get a compensation). It became really stressful when the police, who didn’t speak English, arrived. We paid the full amount, but never got the receipt. The apartment is NOT 70m2!!! It consists of 2 rooms. The first room which you enter straight away has a big bed, a kitchen and a small table with 4 small stools, it is approximately 5 by 5 meters. This room also contains a ‘bed’ for 1 person which can be unfold to use, the quality is very poor. The 2nd room which has a nice big bed is approximately 4 by 4 meters. The bathroom is around 2 by 2 meters. All in all the apartment is no bigger than 50m2.Laura was extremely rude, she told me that I could leave without a refund. Not really an option when you just arrived from Naples with your family. So we decided to stay. When we got back to the apartment the 3rd day around 11pm the electricity was not working. The contact with Laura was normal, and we agreed on somebody looking at it from 11am the next day.

  : Everything was very bad.
  : We never got a reply the property owner, from emails, texts or phone. We got our reservation cancelled the day before we arrived by the property owner, saying the credit card was not going thru. After checking with the credit card company and using the card throughout the trip, they never ran the card but canceled us last minute.
