  : was on good location. easily accessible for outside tourist. accommodating the early checkin request which was really kind. they even stored our begs till the time room was getting ready.
  : body lotion in bathroom amenities was missing. cleanliness not upto the mark as there was smoke smell in the room. during checkout they ask for €7 as city tax. she specifically ask for cash which i dont know why if the room rate we paid through card thn why extra €7 cash for tax??? i tried to ask but they dont have answer for this.

  : The room was spacious enough for 3 people. Pretty clean all the comforts smelled great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’m sure it’s one of the best value for money choices in Rome. Subway is 1 minute away, but everything is within a 30 minute walk.

  : The only good thing for this room is the location. Close to the city center and near metro station.
  : It has been the most disgusting experience in a stay. Upon our arrival we did not find a clean room: dirty bathroom, dirty blankets, hair all over the place from previous stays, uncleanded sheets and towels! We had asked twice the staff to clean and replace towels and sheet. They just brought us new sheets after 7 hours and they told us they cannot supervise correctly their cleaning lady and admitted the bad service.When we visited the reception to look out for the staff to complain about it, other guests told us about the cleanness: "It's a joke". Definitely we would change a place to stay if we would stay longer time in Rome and we guess a hostel would be of a higher quality.Upon our arrival, the staff asked us to pay the city tax (35€) on cash, which we did it together with the payment of the stay via debit card. We considered the receipt would be sent electronically for the city tax together with the receipt of our stay. However, after our checkout they asked us to pay again the city tax! We have explained to staff & the owner that we're already paid from us upon our arrival and we do not accept their request to double pay it. It's not about the money here, but for the whole behavior which is aligned with the quality and cleanness of the room.The photos of the profile do not present on how the room looks like today. Definitely do not recommend to stay in this place if it remains such dirty!

  : The hostess was amazing! She was super helpful and explained everything very well! The room was quite big, very cozy and we had a nice view from our window. The guesthouse is very well located and the metro is just around the corner.
