  : The room is close to the Termini station (10 minutes walk). It was clean and warm, ideal for two people. The water in the bathroom was hot. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with supermarket and cafe around.
  : The owner did not send us the room information (door code, etc.) on time. Check in was at 14:00. We asked to enter earlier. While he confirmed our request through booking, this was never done. She sent me an apology message at 14:30 and gave me all the necessary information about the room. This resulted in us carrying our suitcases from 11:00 until 14:30 when the message was sent to us. On the day of payment (only cash) she told me she would come to the room at 10:00 to be paid. We waited for her but she did not come, without informing us again. We waited for her unjustly.

  : Everything was average. I needed a room close to the train station so I picked this one. Room was good , location decent. But upon check in , I was not greeted by anyone. I called and was messaged instructions on how to enter. I had issues getting wi-fi to work. Also , the hosts said I had to pay in cash only , which was not written anywhere on booking and was rather inconvenient , as I had to go and search for an exchange counter , which took time out of my short stay in Rome. The hosts said it was due to the situation at hand ( CVD) , which I understand , but it needs to be stated before. Other than that , the man I had met with to pay and do my paperwork with , was very pleasant.
