  : Close to train station, price was attractive, tea/coffee provided.
  : Bed hard as a rock, loud street noise, could hear neighbours next door quite clearly.Run down, could do with a renovation.Felt like I was walking through a storeroom to get to my room, hallway cluttered with owners supplies.

  : It was better than I expected, we only wanted a cheap place to stay for 2 nights! The owner is Chinese and she was brilliant, she knew a little English but it was easy to communicate! The room was clean, shower was great, TV worked fine. The room was small but we spent 2 nights there and was out All day. its right by the bus station so perfect getting back and forth the airport and the. Metro into city centre. We had an amazing holiday in Rome and this room allowed us to because it was cheap. Also the neighbour was fine, we didn't see any drama. Might be a little rundown but safe enough.
  : Only criticism is the bed is was very hard for me. So a crap nights sleep. My boyfriend slept like a baby and said he didn't mind it. So everyone is different i guess!!!

  : Breakfast was not included but there was a clean kitchen and facilities for preparing a cup of Thea or Coffee.
  : We were redirected to a second property. I wished the address of the second location was correctly stated.

  : It is close to Roma Termini, which makes it convenient for travel.
  : The property where you stay doesn't match the one in the description. The one place was called Mei Lei House while the property is listed as Lemei House. The host was very rude when she met us. She didn't introduce herself and had an uncalled-for comment about how much luggage we had for only one night, not considering the possibility that we might have been traveling for a few weeks and she is our last stop. She forced us into the lift which was certainly not big enough for the luggage and when we tried to tell her it is not going to fit and that we’ll walk twice, she started slapping us on the wrist and raising her voice. She has very poor English and manners and regardless of good proximity, this is not worth it. The bed is hard and there are only flat sheets - no blanket or quilt. I do not rate this place!

  : Value of money.
  : 1. The leady working there, is very rude and aggressive. She can not speak English and know only some words. She speaks Chinese without understanding that you are tourist and can not understand her. She is very aggressive and do not care about guest. 2. The rooms have a common lobby and all dirty clothes of rooms just are located in lobby. 3. There is a bad smell in lobby and rooms. 4. Roomes need to be renovated.
