  : The location was good but we felt unsafe around the place especially at nights. Elevator was very small without ventilation.Kettle was in the shared area not in the room. We were told we can bring it inside the room, but it did not work with the internal outlets. Also fridge was shared. The shampoo and body soap was not reliable.

  : The location of Rossana House is so convenient as it's so close to the airport bus stop and Roma Termini train station. We stayed in Room 8, which is very quiet at night time and we could have very good sleep and we like the bed as it's quite comfortable. There is a lift to get access to the room, which is very helpful for those with heavy luggage.Thanks to Viola, the staff who can speak English well, we finally could get access to free wifi! We suggest that Anna, the owner, should provide the wifi details of the user name and password inside the room so that guests can use the wifi right away. There is a fridge in the corridor for 4 rooms to share, which is quite helpful. If possible, each room should have its own kettle to use instead of sharing only one with others. This place is also close to many restaurants and COOP supermarket.We will stay at Rossana House again whenever we visit Rome :)

  : Good location as it's right next to Termini train station (in a run down part of the city). The room was noisy as the windows were facing the station and there was a continueos noise coming from it all through the night.The room was clean but very basic, not like the photos shown on the site. The beds were clean and comfortable.
