  : Location - Within 1 km of Vatican Museums, ST. Peter's, Castel D'Angelo. Restaurants nearby. Free breakfast was Euro style - simple but enough to start your day. Internally, very quiet at night. 24 HR desk clerk. In room, throne n shower were in one small side room, sink n wardrobe, n dresser in another (a dressing room). Stop for direct bus to airport is just down the street. Staff very friendly and helpful.
  : Small room, but big enough for 1 person (maybe 2). Wifi is through a server that requires you to sign in to their site every 36 - 48 hrs. An urgent e-mail sent to Canada took two weeks to arrive. Because of location area swarms with pick pockets, thieves and scammers. I was ripped off for a credit card at a ticket machine. One thief will distract you, other one will pinch your card. Watch out for "crushes" and jostles on transit. #64 bus is "pick pocket express". Worse of all, the hotel's phone plan didn't allow for external calls, WAS UNABLE TO CALL CANADA TO REPORT STOLEN CARD. Found # for MC in Italy and they transferred me. Local police station closes at 9 PM. Scammers are ethnic refugees who will literally shove items into your hand as a "gift" then ask for a gift ($) in return. If you get mad or rude, they will start screaming "racism". Just walk away.

  : The hotel is perfectly located, with great access to public transport and within quick walking distance from Vatican and the Tiber river. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They also communicate in a variety of languages. Rooms are clean and cosy and breakfasts are good for starting your day of sightseeing in Rome.

  : The location of the hotel is perfect if you like to explore the city, while staying in a safe central area! It is a 5 min walking distance from the Vatican, very convenient for transport too, the airport shuttle bus leaves you at the same street, other bus and metro stops are very close. But also the city center and all the major historical landmarks you can walk to on foot while exploring picturesque views. I was traveling alone with my mother, we felt very safe in the hotel and in the whole Vaticani area even in the evening. It is a lively residential neighbourhood, with many stores and restaurants. All the front desk staff are very kind, polite, with positive attitude and very helpful! The sweet Italian breakfast was also nice and fresh got restocked constantly (croissants, yogurts, fruits, cereals) It is a 2 star hotel, but I highly recommend it to anyone that likes to stay in a safe central area (without tourist crowds) for a reasonable price and economic budget.   : Location was OK. Staff was trying to be helpful.
  : The first night, I stayed in a room which was awful. There was a smell. Also, there was a continuous sound from the fuse box. So when you put the card for electricity, there was the mechanical sound. Water flow from shower was very thin without any pressure, making it impossible to shower. Flush was not working. Thankfully, they changed the room for the second night. And even though the it was not the best room I have stayed, at least those problems are solved. Breakfast was awful. Only croissant and coffee. Nothing else.
