  : - the bed and the sheets were evidently unclean- the payment method (no POS, no cash change)- no soap in the bathroom

  : When booking was not told you had to kitchen share with other guest there was no cutlery crockery only 1 broken kettle to share 2 cracked cups to share no plates .not has showen in pictures no pillow cases tolit and shower unclean and broken very disappointed with this booking

  : We arrived Saturday around 21:30 local time, because our flight was delayed twice. All the time we wrote to our host regarding our arrival time. He was nice and came and gave us the keys.The flat no 2 looks good overall, the TV is new, the Wi-Fi works well. It’s really nice that we have power outlets next to the bed.The property is located in a nice neighborhood, 8 mins by foot to Vatican and 15 mins to Piazza Navona. We really like that. Close to the flat (5 min) are 2 stores Pam and Carrefour.
  : Our journey was 5 days & 4 nights. In all this time our towels and sheets were not changed. C’mon it’s about hygiene. Before last night We asked about that and the owner said “about towels we cannot help because today the loundry didn't deliver the new One and we runned out of stocks”As a lot of persons mentioned, the toiletries are missing. We found a shower gel. No soap no shampoo.One major minus is the shower. The water drain is not working at all. We told that to the owner on the second day and he mentioned that the cleaning person will fix that. It was not fixed. Probably a plumber needs to fix it. I’m pretty sure that the cleaning person was aware about this issue.The last problem was the blanket that had dirty spots on it. Somehow I expected to be more cleaner and up the reality compared to the flat pictures displayed on the Booking.
