  : Though room was small, but very nice and comfortable newly refurbished, with a nice airy balcony facing the snow capped mountain. Hotel nested in a nice tranquil neighborhood called Fleming Hill ( we were told by taxi driver that this is an affluent upper middle class neighborhood), there are a few boutiques, coiffure and cafes around, even a supermarket within 10 min walk. Also, there is a taxi waiting area right outside the hotel, making transportation convenient too . Housekeeping cleaning lady very nice, friendly and responsive
  : Hotel reception staff not particularly polite, fluent English but no smiles and minimum direct eye contact. We had to push our lugguage into the lugguage room by ourselves, first time in our experience having stayed in hotels almost all over the world over past 30 years

  : Well the staff is RACIST and unfriendly! This hotel should be a LAST RESORT !!! If you’re a black person …. Please don’t stay here….. this hotel is like a 1 start motelAgain if you’re a person of color/ African American/ African please don’t stay HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0/10 recommend

  : Clean and cozy room. Great neighborhood, full of bars and restaurants.
  : Bad experience with a rude and not welcoming receptionist which did not admit her mistake during the check-in. It is unacceptable to have this welcoming in a 4-stars hotel.

  : Cleaners and bar staff were very hospitable and courteous.Area is fabulous. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance.
  : The service and attitude provided by the front of house staff.The insistence to pay cash for the parking by the reception staff, yet my friend could pay by card for the exact same product.Bed is quite hard

  : Not a lot I'm afraid! Possibly the breakfast...? I have to commend the catering staff for their friendlyness and service. The breakfasts were pretty good, although the same every morning.
  : The front desk staff were particularly atricious and unfriendly. My friends were sitting in reception waiting for a room for 7 hours and being told to be patient! On a number of occasions some people in our group were treated rudely, to the extent that even one of the staff members told off the other for this behaviour. Ourselves, on booking in, were told to wait while other young customers that arrived after us were assisted first - and I am a young 71 year old pensioner!The matresses were unbelievably hard and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. We had a curtain of which the mechanism was broken and could not be closed - this took reporting 4 time before it was eventually repaired on the 3rd day of our stay. We are still waiting for an extra pillow...!
