  : Giorgio is very hospitable. Breakfast is included (bread, cereal, yoghurt, coffee,milk,eggs,tea,juice...). Our room was cleaned daily and towels were included, as well as little soaps and shampoos. The appartment is on the 5th floor, reachable with small elevator (not suitable for wheelchairs). We had a small fridge in the room.
  : - At night you hear the tram passing by- low water pressure in shower

  : I didn’t read the fine print and didn’t realise I had to pay cash for our stay. The room was very hot and no air conditioning.

  : Giorgio and his niece were gracious hosts and welcomed us into their home with open arms. They were helpful, polite and full of stories and advice about Rome.

  : 1. The people. Gorge is a very warm person, he is always ready to offer you some help. He is very kind and patient. Just follow his suggestions, they will not let you down.2. The location is perfect, very close to the Termini and the Colleseium.
  : There is no air conditioning. I understand it's normal in Europe, but in hot summer seasons, it's not easy to fall asleep.

  : Giorgio is an amazing host, very friendly and informative. He will help you plan your days and give you tips of the best spots to eat, walk, etc. The house corresponds to what we expected from the pictures, it is cleaned everyday and it is spacious enough. The shower has good water pressure and the temperature is constant and nice. The breakfast was good, with various types of breads and croissants, cheese, ham, yogurts, cereal, hard boiled eggs and a homemade cooffee that was very good. Very good location, super near to a metro station (that goes to almost everywhere in the city) and a large metro and train station.
  : The bed was a little hard for my personal taste, but we were so tired at the end of the day it didnt even matter. We traveled in a week of very high temperatures and the room was a little hot, but it had a vent that we keeped on during the night that helped a lot.

  : The hosts were so nice and it is a 3 minute walk from the train station and close to most monuments. We are 3 20 year old girls and we felt extremely safe! Giorgio and his niece both gave us the best tips on where to go! If I come back to Rome I am definitely staying here. The price for the location was also so good! Our professor stayed 5 minutes away on via Cavour and paid almost 5 times as much as we did and we were the same distance from most places.
  : It’s far from the popular night life but we only wanted to walk because we’re not used to public transportation. If you take the bus or metro it wouldn’t be a problem! There’s no ac but Giorgio brought us an extra fan and we did come at the hottest time of the year.

  : Tramway is at the street in front of the hotel so sometimes it becomes noisy, even at late hours of the night.
