  : Location to the Termini Station was excellent. only 4 blocks away, not even a 5 minute walk. Lovely assistant who did the cleaning and our washing which was very much appreciated.
  : I felt like I was on the “wrong” side of Rome. The immediate area is grotty and I didn’t feel safe. Also so many Chinese shops and restaurants, possibly the China Town of Rome? Very difficult to find and took ages to get into our room. Room was exceptionally basic. Kettle, but no coffee or teaspoons. Sugar and tea were not restocked and no milk or milk sachets. Communal fridge. Beds very uncomfortable. Very soft and the mattress had thick baubles on it which made it extremely uncomfortable.

  : The location was close to the subway, train station and lots of restaurants. The room was comfy and the shower was powerful. The staff were very accomodating. It was excellent value for money for being so close to the subway and therefore the rest of the city. I liked that it was a quiet, small venue with three rooms. We were mostly left to our own devices.
  : We were provided with a kettle and some instant coffee, but no ceremic cups to use! Not too much of an issue in rome but when we had early mornings it would have been nice to not have to immediately make our way to a bar. The television also didn't work, not that we really wanted to watch anything! Additionally, there wasn't enough hot water for two short showers, the water would usually run cold near the end. This may have been because other travellers were showing at the same time. We simply showered one of us in the morning, the other in the evening. I think these are easily fixable by the staff or just something you accept when you consider the excellent price and location.

  : It is too close to the metro stations and thus, it gives you the opportunity to reach every point of Rome in few minutes.
  : There was a problem with the entrance and we had to stay outside the building for 10 minutes waiting for someone to open. At last, we were lucky and a resident opened. But, it was disappointing, because such situation is the last you need after a long driving.
