  : It was close to the train station.
  : The staff was not helpful and we had to wait for our room to be ready. The room is cleanish and bed are passable but it was very old and sombre. The kitchen is old and crusty. The bathroom was barely usable. We had just one night there so we could sleep and take a plane the next day but it wasn't a pleasant stay.

  : I didn’t like workers. Because they always waited us. We didn’t reach them. We waited 2 hours in the street because of them. We called them and wrote them on booking and whatsapp but they didn’t answer us.

  : The property is conveniently located close to Termini Station. I can't find any other good point about it besides the location.
  : To begin the entrance of the building is confusing and you are supposed to ring a bell for the Happy House but the name was faded and it took me a long time to find. I was panicking that the place didn't exist. it looks like he is running a clandestine operation and doesn't want to advertise the place.Secondly very rude man said that I had to pay $3.50 for city taxes, I was not informed of any extra payment would be required and even though it is a small amount I didn't have any cash on me and he sent me out to find an ATM before he would give me the keys for the room. He only accepted Cash and never gave me a receipt. Also that cause me to have to pay ATM fee (about $12 dollars) to get the cash; the property should've informed in advance that we need to bring cash and the fact that he didn't accept a card payment makes me think that he is "collecting" those taxes but not really paying them...The keys on the doors are old and you have to "wrangle" to make it work, there was a private half-bathroom for my use outside the room with a hand shower if I wanted to wash my self, I didn't bother. The bed was OK but the mattress had lumps and the pillow was awful, I regretted not bringing my own pillow case. Everything smelled moldy and the walls were stained.Also there was a TV in the room but when turned on there was no signal. I called the man as he was checking someone else and he said "I am sorry, it looks like the Cable is not working..." . I tried to use the wifi to watch something on my laptop but the signal was intermittent and I just gave up.

  : the location was great! the host was good, communicative and transparent.
  : the covers were stained, only one toilet paper, issues with payment and found out after I got to the property that it needed to be paid in cash. however, the host was v tu friendly and communicative.
