  : The staff tried to be very helpful. The room was clean and modern and in an excellent location!
  : The attached restaurant has very poor service and subpar food. After a certain time there is no one at the front desk...about 8pm. Our hot water was malfunctioning the first night but fixed the next morning. The bathroom was very small and no counter space. There was a very heavy smell of fragrance spray in the room which triggered my allergies and the front desk person did not know how to open the windows in the room.

  : We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station and seemingly high ratings. The only thing we liked was the free drink in the bar, and the opportunity for breakfast, though we had to leave too early to take advantage.
  : We were in room 105, a corner room, which normally would be great. The room was tiny, the shower dingy, and the thermostat didn’t work. Being in a corner room, one floor up from the street you would think the worst thing would be street noise. Alas, the windows weee excellent but we heard furniture moving around, perhaps down in the restaurant, constantly until about 130a. Then the people on the room next door came back and the walls are horribly thin. The furniture moving started back up around 545a on a Sunday. I think it was incredibly overpriced for what it was. We stayed on the other side of Rome earlier in the stay at a much nicer hotel for less money. Glad we were only there one night.
