  : The location is great - very close to both Termini station and Vittorio Emanuele subway station. There are different restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby as well. The room was nice, it corresponded to the photos. The communication with the host was easy - he was friendly and understanding. The breakfast was at a cafe just outside of the hotel - cappuccino (or espresso) and a croissant of choice. The coffee was great, the croissant was tasty.
  : At first, the building and the hotel were not easy to be found - the sign is rather small, it can only be seen on the doorbell of the building and the entrance is easy to miss. A bigger sign would be helpful for the guests. We stayed 5 nights but nobody showed up to clean the room or even to take out the trash which was surprising....

  : Many thanks to the administrator who waited for us because we arrived very late. There was enough space in the room, it was very important that there was a private bath room.
  : I didn’t like the fact that there was no coffee machine in the room, which was shown in all photos of the hotel rooms, and we didn’t see the administrator for all three days, so we couldn’t even tell him that. We received coupons for breakfasts in restaurant that was on the first floor, we were informed that restaurant will be open from 7am~, but on the first morning (Sunday) when we came on 8:30~ to have breakfast, the restaurant was closed and we had to look for breakfast in town. The other two mornings we got just one cup of coffee and one bun. This is not breakfast.

  : Very good location, 10 minutes walk to Termini train station, 15 minutes to Colosseum. The room was spacious. Staff was nice and I could leave my laguage before check in time.
  : There was unpleasant smell in the room, probably from sewerage. According to the tickets for breakfast it should be possible to get it from 7am, but at 7.15-7.30 it was still closed. The hairdryer sometimes worked, sometimes not. No cleaning service during my stay (4 nights).

  : The bedroom was nice, not too big, but perfect for two people. Marco was super kind and always willing to help, he even allowed us stay there until the time to pick the train. Super recommended.
  : The breakfast was a bit poor, just a coffee with one croissant or another sweet.
