Disappointing

  : Helpful staff. Fairly good location, near the main train and bus station.Possibility of late check-in.
  : Poor quality breakfast. Comfort wise, awful.The mattresses are an absolute nightmare from the 1900's. I don't know what's worse, 2 small mattresses together or 1 big mattress. We tried both. Both are really uncomfortable.

  : Breakfast was very basic. Toilet in the room was terrible and the room was tiny. Toilet didnt flush, a smell. shower was cold.They moved me to another slightly better room after I complained.

  : The air-conditioning was not COOLING in the room allotted to me. At about 4 PM when I checked in and entered the room, it was SUFFOCATING. I had to switch on the lights and the aircon. But i felt that the aircon was not Cooling. I was in the room for about an hour and still it was not cooling. I left the aircon ON and went outside the hotel. When i returned back at 9 PM, it was still Hot in the room. I informed the Gentleman at the Reception. But his first answer was that He cannot do anything as he is not from Maintenance. I said that was very weird. Normally in such situations the Hotel staff are more courteous. He then asked me to change my room. But the Aicon in the other room allotted to me was also not COOLING. This room was also suffocating as if No one had stayed and entered this room for months. The Receptionist asked me if wanted to change the hotel. I had to change as No person could sleep in this room. Finally at 11PM I was shifted to another hotel known as Hotel Eliseo. This hotel reception was much better and the receptionist was also much friendlier. But the room was the same. The Aircon was not Cooling and was quite uncomfortable. The only difference was that it was not Suffocating. I had no choice but to sleep here as I had to Checkout at 6 AM. Therefore my stay at these hotels was really pathetic. Booking.com should not allow TORINO to sell their rooms on the website. I am quite surprised how Booking.com has allowed them. Infact I ask for the refund of my stay.

  : Tiny and old room. The beds really need an upgrade. Two very narrow ones, and one of them wasn't even even (i.e., flat/level).

  : The location was great very close to the metro making it easy to get anywhere.
  : The timing for breakfast never worked for me I was out of the hotel before it started each day. Also the shower was very small and a tight fit.
