  : * Maybe my mistake but I was no aware at all this was not a hotel but aribnb type of accommodation. It is in a block of flats on 3rd floor with no lift so if you have walking problems / disability - DO NOT book this accommodation! Also you cannot come anytime but you need to agree time of your arrival with the owner first. There are other guests accommodated in other rooms of the same appartement so expect noise that may disturb you at night (depending on other guests behaviour)* However the main issue is CLEANLINESS! Everything is dirty, there is MOLD and HAIRr of previous guests in the bathroom - see pictures.* I don't quite understand how this place can have such a good rating (8/10). Maybe am I too demanding customer but I find it unappealing.* Make sure to bring your own toiletries or even towel* WiFi not performing very well* Do not rely on correct property description, e.g. bidet is not present although it is listed amongst facilities

  : 3 flights of steps to carry luggage with no elevator. 15-20 min walk to colosseum. Not many dining options close by.

  : There were many dust bunnies under the sofa, the bed, the wardrobes. The street noise was very audible in our room.

  : A very nice vintage-style furnished bedroom with modern comfy beds and air conditioning. Bathroom is fine. Conveniently located and really worth for money. Host is kind and welcoming, also very helpful with providing information. Recommended.
  : The bathroom has no bidet.

  : -Great location with easy access to Metro-Only walkable distance to colossseum.-Many restaurants near by-Very nice caretaker, who welcome with details of the city-Nice apartment with many old poster (films it seems)-Nice air-conditioned rooms - a must one in rome-daily cleaning Overall it was really great stay with such a nice price bracket.
  : -If you are traveling with baby, keep in mind no lift available. Apartment is in 3rd floor.-Shared kitchen in description seems bit confusing as we have seem only kettle to warm water and utensils. No option to cook or even warm milk for babies. So don't expect like a full kitchenBut for the price it is great to stay in such a nice location. So these points actually doesn't really matter. :)
