  : Spacious apartment, 5 minutes walk from Train Center, 15 min walk from Colloseum. Small cosmetics. Breakfast- tea, coffee and sweet tostes. Not a lot, So better drink tea and eat outside.
  : Area of chinese shops and restaurants.

  : Good value for the money, clean and quite basic (in a good way). The room is dark because of the shades, it`s ok for one or two days, more...i don`t know.5 minutes away by walking to Roma Termini, very convenient.

  : Bed accommodations were fine, beds very comfortable. Our room was clean except for mold in bathroom. It was nice that beds were made and towels were fresh when we returned from exploring Italy for the day. Continental breakfast ( drink and cake/ crossiont item were provided off site, but fairly close in nice clean cafe.
  : There was mold on the walls above the shower and rotted out wood by the door from water leaking out of shower. The walls were very thin and we could hear every conversation around us. We were given a small bottle of champagne and scarfs upon check-in, very nice except when I placed the champagne in communal frig to cool, another person took it, despite a sign that said do not take food or drink unless it's yours. Water faucet was zip locked off in communal kitchen, so basically cooking or even making coffee wasn't possible. Also, lots of cigarette smoke came through outlets and walls despite no smoking rules. We had to walk through several streets that were garbage lined from the Termini Train station in order to arrive to Lin Mare.I do not understand such a high rating 8.5/10 unless people don't mind mold, cigarette smell, non functioning communal kitchens and loud noisy spaces. My eldest daughter (22 year old) lives in Florence and was with us. I gave her the breakfast coupons that were not used and she said she would never come to this area, it was in a bad location. Definitely the wrong side of the tracks. The roudy college aged boys staying in another room were loud until after 2am drinking in communal sitting area right outside our room. Also, upon arrival we had to pay city taxes which I understand, however, I had to use cash because their credit card terminal didn't work. I had to call my credit card company to see if there was a problem ( @ .45 cents per minute) to find out it's their credit card terminal. So make sure you have euros on hand to pay tax for per person per night tax.
