  : ‼️ This is a complete mess up manipulation and scam .The moment I confirmed the booking the guy texted m requesting for immediate payment! I was boarding the flight already and battery is running dead trying to make him understand the payment term “at the property “ and upon arrival! He insisted making an excuse of non availability of staff to check me in at this late hour and either I pay or they won’t be providing check in instructions!I am left with no other option as flight was on the run way than to release the payment to the freaky link he provided.Upon arrival was surprised the booking got canceled at the booking website!When I reached to the property following the instructions received, the room was already occupied! Yes, someone was enjoying himself sleeping drunk and the room was in a full mess smelly and horrible situation.I got back to the owner trying to call him and he was extremely rude to tell me not to make calls and the way and nappy words he used to communicate. He is asking me to handle the issue with the guy occupying the room! Believe it or not . .He stopped answering or responding to my messages until few hours later when he wrote back to tell me it’s over - you have spent the night there

  : It was terribel that my child started crying inside. There are one dor to entry in the building (there is no hotel) and than thet told us this door is only for entry in chekin but after u must take another dor that is terribleeee. There is nothing like in pictures

  : The room was close to the coliseum and other attractions. We were in walking distance from train station and restaurants.

  : Small bedroom, the bathroom is outside the bedroom, there are other rooms in the same place so we could hear everything, not so much privacy

  : The location is perfect, right next to all the cafes and bars in monti, also a short walk/cycle to other central parts. The building was nice and had character. For the location and price it is really great! They are very helpful with any questions. The breakfast had a good selection (which was left in the room).. bed was comfortable and plenty of cupboard space. Nothing too fancy, but for the price and location I think to have a private room and bathroom at this price is a luxury so overall pretty happy. They even gave me little rome souvenir gifts which was very thoughtful:)
  : The toilet was outside the room, but this was already stated so it wasn't a surprise - Just a bit further away than I thought. I couldn't find water but they kindly gave me a bottle when I asked. The breakfast was OK, lots of selections. It was left in the room the night before, so mostly package stuff, (but with some fresh fruit) though I only ate a part of it because I wanted to have breakfast outside so it wasn't too important.
