  : The apartment is located in the renovated house near the city center.It has all the necessary facilities and a good conditioning system.
  : - kettle was dirty- soap wasn't refilled before our stay, so it went off - it would be good to have instruction for stoveBut the main issue we had with check-out... In the message, it was stated that check-out instructions will be presented later as well as a procedure regarding the city tax payment. We haven't received it even on the last day, so we called the staff. Firstly, the number that we used appeared to be wrong - belongs to another building, but a woman who replied told us that her colleague will call us back ASAP. We waited for 30 minutes and nobody called back. Then, we tried to call by ourselves and our call simply was declined.. (it was all happening at 3-4 pm) Ok, we went to the restaurant and came back home around 8 p.m., and then we received a message about check out

  : Perfect location - pleanty of bars, restaurants, shops around , close to publict transport and main attractions. quite good equipment inside. Generally good place for longer stay.
  : We've been waiting outside more the 2 h on the simple instruction how to get the room. no one answered phone of whats up . Thanks to Booking help desk operator send message finnaly. Service DEFEAT. The dishwaser mashine did not work. we received new wifi modem after intervention .

  : Bedroom space was good size , 2 bathrooms.location was excellent.
  : Towels were very thin , a few had holes in them Dirty sponge in kitchen , had to buy fresh onesCould do with a small welcome back , a few teabags , coffee ,sugar and small carton of milk ...Nothing fancy just a small gesture would be nice .

  : Loved the property. Great location. Reported to them of bedbugs as me and my partner got bitten. Had these also checked by a doctor. Response was somewhat disappointing as we were told nothing they could have done as bugs are invisible to the human eye!! Also insinuated were had brought in the bugs with our cases from the hold of the plane. Weird! We had hand luggage !

  : The location is excellent. We walked to almost all the places we wished to visit and if we needed a cab it was not far to the closest taxi rank. We also liked the area very much with an excellent coffee shop close by and many restaurants within walking distance.
  : Being on the second floor with no lift and a winding staircase made getting luggage up and down difficult. Our loft bedroom was very comfortable but you had to be careful not to knock yourself out on the overhead beam. Clothes could only be stored downstairs.
