  : The location of the property is amazing - we walked everywhere and had no need for taxis other than to the airport when we left (which Alessandra kindly booked for us which saved us a job!).Alessandra honestly could not do enough for us - she checked everything was ok every day and sorted any issues for us instantly! She was only ever a text away if we needed her for anything. Such a lovely host! I loved that before our arrival we received a welcome message explaining where to find everything we needed. It made life so much easier when we arrived, as we knew exactly what we were doing.When we arrived at the accommodation Alessandra had prepared a booklet which contained information on activities (tours, museums, galleries etc), taxi services, where to find the nearest supermarkets and pharmacies and also restaurant recommendations. These were so so useful! We did eat at a couple of the recommended restaurants and we’re so happy with them! I also needed a pharmacy one day so this also came in useful!Honestly could not recommend this place enough. Great value for money and a host who genuinely cares! Thanks so much Alessandra ☺️ xx
  : The only down side was that the shower was slightly temperamental in our room - it was hard to get the temperature right at times and we found it was either too hot or too cold at times. However, As we were only there a few days it was not an issue and we managed absolutely fine!

  : Excellent location in the old town. Ideal for visiting most sights and Vatican City just a short walk away. The host was excellent - attentive, considerate, flexible, anxious to ensure all worked well for us - which it did.
  : Very minor point but one of the bedside lights needs fixing (cleaner wouldn't notice during daylight hours).Please note that the room is not sound insulated so do expect some noise from the street itself - not excessive, but if you want total silence dont choose an old property in the Banchi Vecchi!
