: Very clean and spacious for my one year old to run around. In the city center of Campo Di Fiori, not center of main attractionsGREAT PRICE for all that comes with place Food places open relatively early and close late.
: Description was VERY misleading. Not by Barberini train station or within a 10 minutes walk from attractions. This was very important for me because I have a small child. Since it’s Rome in July having an AC was crucial for my family and the AC was not working properly. Called the front desk for a solution. They told me to turn off and turn back on. Unacceptable. Terrible water temperature fluctuation with slow draining water in tub during showering. Had to pump the toilet flusher three to four time before it would flush the toiletCommunication with front office was frustrating. Couldn’t assist with directions when we were lost getting to location.

: I love this building. I lived in lower floor #2 1970-1971. Location, Ambiance,nostagia. Everything I love.
: 1. Get rid of torn up sleep sofa. It takes away from tbe whole ambiance.2. Respond to emails. We left the day of the Rome Marathon. Centro was closed. We tried to communicate with "management" after we spoke to the person who answered the help line. She was not helpful . She said email reservations @extrahome...... No response. We had to leave at 7am before centro closed. Would have been nice to see.if we could leave later than 10am or get a refund for one night do we could have left town.
