  : The room seemed completely updated and extremely clean. That was a comfort when staying at a lower priced hotel in a city (and country) that was unfamiliar to me.
  : It was a little challenging to work with some of the front desk staff that didn't seem to understand a lot of English (this is not true of all the staff, just some of them). But everyone was very kind and patient.

  : The breakfast was good and most of the staff were nice. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle bus service to the metro station.
  : A shuttle bus was offered at the hotel on a regular timed schedule to drop off hotel guests at the metro station and to also pick them up.I had to pay extra for this. However, the shuttle service is not reliable. It was not operating on the first day that we stayed at the hotel. On the second day we took the shuttle bus to the metro and on our way back we phoned for the shuttle bus to pick us up from the metro station. When I called the hotel to arrange for pick up the male receptionist Alessio hung up on us two times!!! We were two senior citizens stranded at the metro station in a strange city with the hotel reception hanging up on us. This is unacceptable. They do not care about your well being or safety. Apparently this has also happened to other people staying at the hotel as well. Hanging up on your paying hotel guests when they need assistance is not a good move. - customer service training is desparately needed!
