  : First time to hotel. Late night check in went smooth. Spacious room however in desperate need for renovation and update. Extremely comfortable bed. Minibar fridge and complimentary bottle of water available. Nice details of shoe polishers in corridors. Located in residential area so far from noise. In walking distance (35min) to Vatican City.
  : Room upon arrival completely cold as AC running at full blast and no remote or instructions how to switch it off. Bathroom with noticeable smell of humidity, old tiles with joins between looking stained, old and with mould. Silicone fillings around shower corner looking disgusting, worn out towels for sure not corresponding to 4* hotel standards. Only one set of towels available, despite booked for two pax. Room in need for update. Despite having big window and interesting sketches on walls, it is still looking to dark and not that cosy/welcoming. Breakfast room yet again not corresponding to 4* hotel standards. Many tables squeezed to limited space, not exciting selection of food. No vegetable, no fresh juice, Pretty much nothing to choose from. In general hotel with capacity to bee really good one, close to centre and with dedicated members of staff....Unfortunately not a single time I could say I was thrilled to bits
