  : Near to the train station and to some attractions.
  : Apparently the city tax (which is quite high at 5 per person per night) can only be paid in cash. Weird.The area felt very unsafe, junkies of all nations were roaming around late nights, we didnt feel safe to stay out in this area late.The hotel was in an old residential building, the lift was slow and often stuck. The hallway to the room was full of invisible small steps (you need to pay attention at night) the room had metal bars furniture and the bed frame was also metal, always making noise when you lay down or did the smallest movement. On the second night the shower had only lukewarm water, one would expect to have a decend shower being all day walking around the city.When communicated to the reception that we didnt have warm water the answer was "the warm water deposit is empty and needs to refill, please dont open the water for at least 30 minutes" after 3 hours we still didnt have water to shower, we could shower onky the next morning. Only plus point was that the room were cleaned daily.

  : The staff was very kind and the reception works 24 hours a day. The location is great, opposite the Termini station, everything a tourist needs is there - transport, coffee, supermarket, souvenirs..the room was clean and comfy, they made the bed for us every day..
  : It's a little bit noisy because of the position of the hotel, but we weren't bothered too much about it.. and on the website they wrote that they offer breakfast at one point (sweet and savory), which is not true..
