  : Staff was friendly, gave us whatever we asked for, very close to train station
  : It was very rowdy and loud at night, groups gathering outside and yelling/fighting. It was every night. Didnt feel safe there. Found glass in the room on first night, not very clean.

  : The hotel offers a mixed experience overall. Initially, we booked a large executive room for 6 nights, which was comfortable despite some minor issues like a worn leather armchair. However, extending our stay for another 8 days became quite a hassle. The reception initially quoted a hefty price for extending our stay in the same room, prompting us to opt for a standard room to avoid overpaying. Yet, upon explaining our decision to changes rooms, we were offered the executive room at a much lower rate when we already paid for the standard room through booking.com, leaving us perplexed about the initial quote. This inconsistency in pricing left a sour taste, and it was disappointing to feel misled at the reception. The first executive room was well-furnished and maintained, while the subsequent standard room had a faulty mini fridge that often disrupted our sleep with its loud noises. Additionally, the breakfast served lacked variety and remained the same every day. Despite these setbacks, the hotels location near Termini Station is undeniably convenient for exploring Rome. However, the area around the station can get very noisy, particularly late at night, and tends to be less clean compared to other parts of the city. In summary, while the hotel has its merits, inconsistencies in pricing and minor room issues are disappointing. Its unfortunate that there was a lack of transparency in communication, which overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay. If convenience is your priority and you don't mind potential noise disturbances, this hotel could still be a suitable choice for your stay in Rome.

  : Welcome accomodating positive attitude of reception. perfect location near Termini train station and Underground lines. Good first impression of the room contemporary decor and everything worked
  : A very very loud or noisy machine or a generator just outside our room widow that started up at 08:00 ran for an hour. It stopped us being able to speak or hear. The view from the room window of the room 211 was 3rd world. Really poor.

  : The hotel is located near central station Termini, first night we stayed in room on the first floor, a lot of people sitting on the floor at night under the window and it was scared and very loud. I afraid to open window at night
