  : Very ok staff.
  : The hotel is located close to the subway station but looks deplorable as seen in the pictures below, the courtesy is shown in the pictures, the walls say they went through World War II, the breakfast with lots of ellipses, the coffee cannot be called coffee . I do not recommend!!!

  : The room size was big
  : The room wasnt cozy enough the heat just doesnt work good enough and the location was a bit far than expected the staff made us pay for extra charges (touristic charges ) thing that wasnt mentioned in the payment at booking cuz we payed all the charges before and at the arrival we payed extra per person and per night and also theres no parking for the car we were in the fourth floor and u can hear the noise of the restaurant in the floor above

  : Hotel is outdated, even neon above entrance is broken Broken phone in the room, while heating could be turned on by receptionist after call from the room. Broken toilet seat and old uncomfortable mattresses in the bed Night staff have known hardly English and Was waking up guests to check their rooms what was suspicious and very scary

  : 1.Location. 2. Most of the staff are quite friendly.
  : 1.toilet and bathroom area too small. 2.room decorations and facility are too old not in good condition. 3.breakfast is exactly the same everyday. Imagine a customer lives for about 1 week with the same breakfast..... 4. A bit too noisy in my room because the window is close to the traffic. 5.hotel internet access. Need to input user name everytime.it is not so convenient to input Username everytime. 6.there is only one water kettle at the ground floor. There is no water source around to fill the water. Need to get the water in the your own room.i went to many hotels before. All have water kettles in every guest room.first time to see have to share with one public kettle.

  : The man at the desk the first two days was kind and helpful. Gave good tips on how to navigate the main sites.
  : The bed was really uncomfortable, no WiFi in the room and the breakfast was lacking. The coffee tasted like it was several days old. The towels were also not great.
