  : Small hotel with nice rooms. Good location for tram transport as mutiple trams stop opposite making getting around easy. Some lovely restaurants within 5-10min walking distance.
  : Breakfast could have had more choice. Room is a little noisy from street noise with trams etc., more noticeable in early hours

  : The staff was pleasant and helpful at all times, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was a nice plus. The hotel is situated at the lovely historic Porta Maggiore square that is situated a short 10 min. walk from the metro line A that takes you directly to the Vatican city and the city centre (Spanish square, piazza Barberini, piazza del Popolo). Also, there is a bus line that takes you directly to the Colosseum that is basically in front of the hotel.

  : - Good location near Termini train/bus station.
  : - The staff is friendly, but speaks little or no English, even the receptionist, so it was difficult to communicate. - The rooms are poorly cleaned, the floor and windows apparently have never been washed. The supplies in the bathroom are quite poor, we were not even given hand soap.- The hotel is located near the road and tram tracks, which is why it is very noisy inside (might be a little quieter in rooms where the windows face the other way), and the soundproofing is not good there. At night, even with the windows closed, you could hear the noise outside the window.- As for breakfast, you have only 30 minutes for breakfast. You need to choose a time slot the day before, and it will not necessarily suit you, cause they only have several tables available. Also, breakfast is pretty poor (e.g just one type of the cheapest ham and cheese) and didn't change at all through the whole week that we were at the hotel.

  : Mr. Marco & Mr. Fabio at the reception were very friendly & helpful in all ways. The location was excellent everything was closeby.
  : Its on the room so even at night its very noisy. There is no landline in the rooms makes it very difficult to communicate at reception. The brearkast is not good, there is nothing much to eat.Hardly 2-3 items.
