  : It is located in front of the station that facilitates everything, connection with buses, trains, airport etc. The owner is so kind and he helps a lot. the hotel is super clean and it feels good to go there after summer days. I strongly recommend it

  : that is very close to Termini station and you can even walk to got to city center
  : I didnt like that it was very noisy and also that every night you had to pass a lot of drunk people in order to be able to reach the door of building. the building wasnt very clean and well maintained

  : It was near the train station. The bed was comfortable.
  : I could not find the building it's not clearly marked or shown. I arrived late in the evening and it was full of men, drinking and hanging outside the building. I was travelling solo so this scared me, i also panicked thinking it was a scam as no one was able to tell me where this was. I eventually rang the business and owner met me outside. Then moved me from one room to another when I checked in. On the las night he said the building was closed and I would have to stay in another building. Completely bizarre service. He walked right inside the room to "show me" how things worked which I dont think it was necessary and impeded on personal space and touched everything inside it from the remote to the light switches during a global pandemic. The hot water was turned down on my last few days. Did not knock for "room service" and tried to open the door while I was sleeping into late morning, didn't work as i had the key in the lock. Does not know how to communicate professionally in English. Also very noisy from outside and other rooms.

  : The staff was friendly and helpful and there is a microwave, cutlery and a coffee machine available to use. They also changed my sheets on my second day and gave me a call when I forgot something upon checking out.
  : Its not quite as comfortable as it seems in the pictures. I had a dirty pillow case when I came (which was quickly replaced and apologised for so not to big of a deal). The toilet placement was not very thought out. You have to practically sit sideways or place your arms in the sink to sit down. The shower has the choice between boiling hot water or cold. The location is great id you want to be close by the train station but its not a very pretty place to be at. As a woman traveling by herself I was right on the edge of being bit uncomfortable.

  : We only needed to stay two nights and they had all the essentials, location is also a plus. Room was a little roughed up but it did the trick. We have no complaints with location nor staff.
