  : Rooms are great and clean, beds are comfy and we had air conditioner. Brekfast was only sweet that was a bit different from what I'm used to but it is ok. Emanuela i great host. Very kind and she gave us a lot of advices about transportation and what to do and see in Rome.
  : Neighborhood is bit dirty and there is a lot homeless people but it is good connected to city center.

  : Very clean. Bathroom renovated and clean. Very quiet for me (I heard no noise whatsoever during my stay). Relatively close to Termini train station. Price: in absolute terms expensive, but relative to others: quite good value for money.
  : Be careful when you arrive to know the exact address (street name and building number): it is a normal apartment building, and there is NO sign outside the building with the name of this accommodation, neither is it obvious which bell to ring! You may need to call on the telephone for them to open the external door for you. Also, once you enter the building, you must know which staircase (the one on the left), and which floor (2nd) to go to, and you must have communicated your arrival time well, because there is no one at the reception during "off hours" (I don't know which hours are off-hours). Other than that, once you arrive successfully and you get your keys to all the doors, the rest of it is pretty good and convenient. Breakfast only starts at 08:00, which may be a bit too late in some cases, but when I needed to eat earlier I asked for this from the day before, and they left my breakfast in my room since the day before. The English of the receptionist is not the best, but eventually we could communicate. The table in the room is very small, so it is difficult e.g. to work on your laptop computer.

  : I like the quiet atmosphere.
  : The reception front desk woman is very unwelcoming, very tough in dealing with your guest, which gives us very bad repulsive feelings from day one reaching Rome, which is unacceptable and gives a very bad image about Emmauela.Moreover, she didn't change the bed sheets through the five days of our residency and just changed it in the last day !!
