  : The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and great value for a such a central location. The blackout curtains were fantastic as well, especially when recovering from a transatlantic flight!

  : Proximity to central locations and staff were very helpful.
  : Room was on the side of the road, so during the night there were times that were a bit noisy. Including instant coffee to the tea provided in the room will also be welcome.

  : Good location. 10-15 minutes walk to Rome termini and the Colosseum. Few minutes walk to subway station.
  : Staff did all he should do but doesn't feel very warm welcoming.The room faces to street so it's a little bit ofnoisy at night.

  : Location was excellent, its a room in an apartment right above an excellent trattoria and convenience store, and right off Via Merulana which is a main street with a bus stop and lots of fun restaurants, that leads up to Santa Maria Maggiore within 10 minutes of walking, and add another 10 minutes to walk to Roma Termini. Francesco (hope I got the name right) checked us in and provided a great overview of Rome and all the spots to hit and more importantly the *real* history. Be patient when you ring the doorbell for the building, he might be talking back but you cant hear him, and so you buzz again and it can get annoying for him. He'll come down in a few. Also have the cash in hand for city taxes when you arrive in exact change. We had to go to the convenience store downstairs to get change. My husband wasn't feeling well and Francesco was very helpful and checked in on us and made it all very very easy. Very very very much appreciated.
  : - Bed is a little hard- Bed covering could use refreshing- First 2 nights in Rome and we couldn't figure out how to switch on the AC (apparently you use the remote control) -- but thats on us?!
