  : Great location, 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and close to Metro and bus stops. The host Jhonny was very kind, attentive and helpful - he even allowed us to check in early and looked after our luggage after check out so we could go out for a couple of hours before our flight home. Free Pepsi and bottled water in our fridge each day was a lovely little bonus.
  : The shower fan was very very loud and came on at random times - we were often woken up by this in the middle of the night. It's a small price to pay on holiday for a hotel of this price and location but I'd recommend taking some ear plugs or headphones to block out the shower noise as best as possible. Bathroom had a sour smell but we spent little time in there as the shower is separate so wasn't too much of a bother.

  : Beds were comfy. The location is good, metro station nearby.
  : Unfortunately almost the whole time we stayed there was no warm/hot water. Only in the mornings, for like 5 minutes, after which it turned freezing cold again. This ruined our stay, since after a long and hot day all we wanted to do was shower and go to sleep, but we were unable to, since the water was literally freezing cold. I asked the receptionist several days about this, but he told us that they checked and everything was running fine and he had no idea why this happened and that no one else complained about this. However, it was difficult to believe that it was the first time he heard of this problem, since I see now that there are several reviews that say the same. If I knew we couldn't normally shower for our whole stay I never would have booked this place.

  : Great airco/climate control, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location.
  : Toilet was broken, kept flushing all night. Shower didnt work properly. All in all not enough to ruin the experience but a bit annoying.

  : The host/proprietor was very friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with the lock on our door the day we arrived. We contacted the host as per the instructions (we checked in quite late). He immediately wrote back, and the issue was sorted quickly. These things happen, and it was great that the proprietor resolved it as a matter of urgency. It was also nice to receive a friendly greeting each morning.

  : Location, safety, design, smart tv and Jhonny was very helpful. I would definitely stay at irooms again in Rome. Stayed in the iWild room.

  : The location was close to the station which was good for us as we arrived in Rome via train
  : Unfortunately we had issues with our key not working in the door, which on multiple occasions took us over 20 minutes to get into the room. The staff were helpful in the situation and couldn't fault them.
