  : The location, and the atmosphere were excellent, romantic. The room was very nice and the Manager was very personable and helpful. The breakfast of rolls and coffee was very tasty! Housekeeping did a great job.
  : The plates and cups on which we were served breakfast didn't look clean. Management were not on the property.

  : It was 2 minutes or less away from the Trevi Fountain. A lot of places to eat in the area. Their simple breakfast of bread (Italian Croissants and the buns) were very good. There is a lot of character in the place where we stayed and it was clean. The narrow alley from the main road where the place is located made it less busy during the day. Simona was excellent as well in providing directions on where we want to go. She even provided us a to go breakfast bag on our last day as we had to leave for the airport at 7 am. They also organized the pick-up and drop off of to the airport. Spagna subway station was about a 20 minute walk or closer. The subway would bring you to the Vatican. The Colosseum was a good 20 minute walk from the place. Spanish steps was close to the Spagna station and it is also where you can find the high end stores (Prada, Gucci, D&G, etc). It was a very good experience and we would recommend the place.
  : Water on the shower was not that strong but it was decent. Other than this, it was overall an excellent experience. This is what I was not able to give all 5 stars to the review.

  : The manager was super sweet and went out of her way to get me a fan in winter!!! We didn’t have cash to pay the tax when we arrived and she trusted us to pay the next day. Also, pillows were very nice - most places have crappy pillows! Showers were hot and refreshing! Location ONE MINUTE walk from Trevi Fountain. Quiet at night, too! Dark panes on windows allowed up to sleep in! Awesome! BREAKFAST: you get a slip for a coffee/sweet of your choice (some nice donuts, croissants, etc. and a fresh-squeezed orange juice at the neighboring restaurant. It was at least €5 worth, so that was a nice surprise.
  : The room was perfectly fine for three of us, but if I HAD to critique, I’d say:1. Replace the mattress on the bottom bun, as it kinda sunk in the middle. Top bunk was find for our third party. 2. Water pressure was very weak.2. Coffee cups in the room to go with the kettle would have been nice :)Overall, we’d stay here again for sure!

  : Our host Garzia was very kind and helpful, she gave us very good tips about where to go and what to do in the city. The place is close to every main attraction, and it's quite and clean. We spent four night there, without any issue, it's really worth the price.

  : Loved the location, overlooking the Pantheon and in the middle of all of Rome's attractions. The place was lovely and warm and the shower was excellent for the water staying at the right temperature. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It was a spacious suite with a glass table and 4 chairs and had an electric jug and a good bar fridge. Perfect wifi and great TV reception. We spent our last days in Italy there and found it handy to restaurants, gelato and cafes.. Only a few steps up to the lift , which was quick and bigger than some. The security was excellent on the door locks and the place was surprisingly quiet. About 500m straight down Via Minerva is a brilliant place called "3 Minuti Express" where you can microwave a range of meals and eat them there. They also have salads and sandwiches and a huge selection of drinks and orange juice squeezed on the spot. Simona , the manager, was fantastic. Everything we needed she provided quickly and cheerfully. Great communication and kind and thoughtful.
  : The first room had no hot water, the second room had no heating. This was our third room. It was spacious and in better condition, but one corner of the wall was discoloured and didn't look the best. The hairdryer fell apart in my hands. The bathroom was dark in the day but fine at night because a light shone in the window and lit it perfectly for night.

  : We were taken care of very well. The hosts allowed us to check in much earlier and check out much later than usually. The best thing about this place is it's location, close as it can be. The beds are very comfy.
  : The only bad thing was the pressure in the shower, but the host explained to us that it's due to hotel's location.
