  : The location is only some meters from the main railway station (Termini). The room and the bathroom are clean and nice. You have to unlock four doors to get into your room, which gives a very good feeling of safety in a railway station area.The hotel director is a very nice and friendly person. I lost my glasses box and he found it and delivered it to my room. bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, sink, towels, shampoo and soap provided.WLAN and air condition is available free of charge. The communication with the hotel prior to the booking was very quick, friendly and reliable.

  : The lady that showed us to our room was lovely and really friendly. It was a good price for a room close to the station - google maps takes you to another hotel as the lady seems to be the receptionist for several, so navigate where google tells you and then you will be walked to wherever you're actually staying!
  : Unfortunately the room smelled heavily of smoke, and the man working in the morning refused to give us the breakfast that was supposed to be included in the price. He just told us they weren't doing breakfast due to covid (despite him standing with us with no face mask on) and told me to "check the details very carefully" on booking.com when I challenged this. I did and it quite clearly says "A simple breakfast with packaged products is delivered directly in the room". This was the reason we booked this room over others as it can be expensive eating out in rome, so it was quite annoying to be refused this service, which we had essentially paid for in the cost of the room, especially to then be lied to about why it wasn't being provided.

  : The location is good and cleanliness was very good. I was missing the kettle and a mug/cup in the room. Also at 12 degrees a duvet would be great instead of just a sheet and found blanket in the wardrobe. Everything else was great including the host and the facilities.
  : A mug and kettle in the room would have been great. The duvet should be there as it was 12 degrees during the day and even less during night. Everything else was great.

  : Room was very clean.Owner was helpful and extremely polite.Very close to Roma Termini station, and 15 minutes to city center.
  : Bed!Double bed was horrible. The two mattresses were not joined and moved sideways all day long.

  : It was central and clean, house keeping every day, all you could ask for. The staff were wonderful and they even let us leave our luggage there after checking out for the day.
  : The queen was two twins put together that constantly slid apart, the place was near the train station which is great for tourism purposes but a little rougher, and lastly we didn’t get to try the breakfast, although it was apparently included we never got it.
