  : Very clean, friendly staff, conditioning worked well and wasn’t noisy.
  : Bed was on the soft side, the shower room extractor fan was activated by a motion sensor, very annoying when getting up for the toilet in the middle of the night or just brushing teeth!

  : The host was very kind to let us check a bit after their policy given that our flight was delayed. We arrived and they were kindly waiting for us and gave us useful info about the city. The room was super clean and comfortable, we slept great.
  : Very basic breakfast (supermarket packaged croissant, not natural juice), not amazing coffee. We would have preferred not accept the breakfast

  : The room was lovely, the bed was vey comfortable. The location is good. 10 minute walk to metro, with opportunities for a coffee on the way. Then a short trip to all the main tourist sites. There is also a taxi rank in the piazza which is really convenient when going out to dinner and the metro doesn’t serve the restaurant location. Maria, the owner, is very helpful and happy to recommend and book restaurants. Ellen, who stands in for Maria when she isn’t around, is also charming and helpful.
  : Because of Covid restrictions, breakfast wasn’t as Maria (the owner) would have liked as her suppliers couldn’t provide fresh bread, etc. I would suggest that, to maintain Adelina’s high standards, Maria should contract with local bakers, fruit sellers, etc. who are operating, as croissants in plastic wrappers and supermarket sliced bread rather than lovely fresh Italian bread doesn’t reflect Adelina’s high standards. The only other issue related to the pillows. The bed was really comfortable, but the pillows were rather hard.

  : Maria (the owner) is very kind and patient. She answers all questions in WhatsApp and helps with any problem you face while you are in Rome. That is really helpful when you go to a country that you never visited before. Also, the cleaning and breakfast service was very good.

  : no elevator for a property at 3rd floor is not good. tv is positioned quite high gave me a sore neck.
