  : The room and the bathroom(outside the room as described) were clean. The room had 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room was big and not to old. Never seen the staff, we talked over whatsapp allways promptly and helpfull.
  : I never felt unsecure, but it is not a family friendly location since you will be approached to buy drugs and see many "workers" on the streets just outside the apartment. The matress on the double bed was already too weared out and i had to sleep on the single bed where the matress was still in fairly good shape. The air conditioning is old and weak (with the size of the room and since we travelled in august it took hours for the room to cool out). It is a litle bit noise, not a big problem for me but the windows should be updated to cancel the noise better. The check-in is weird and it was a litle bit hard to find the right apartment (fotos attached to help next users).

  : First of all weve never got to the nice property on the pictures. Instead the manager called us several hours before arrival time and told that there are some issues in the place so they moved us to another place with even better terms (like private br instead of shared). We were not very pleased because booked Ad Hoc mostly about location. But when we came to replacement room we were shocked - it was horrible, dirty, dark, noisy and behind the Vittirio Emanuelle square -much further. Of course bathroom was shared as well - guess they expect 3 women wouldnt be very determined to resist. They name of please was Nova guest house. We didnt agree to stay there for these -or any -money and then manager moved us to another place, next house, named in the city center or so. It was better and we were very tired didnt want to look for another booking, so decided to stay. Anyway later we realized that it is not worse for money - no facilities, even glasses and plates on the kitchen, no fridge, no iron, no fan, nothing. Everything looks like renovation wasnt finished. Acceptable clean though.

  : I booked Ad Hoc but after arrival to Rome was redirected to different location. Far away from my booking, 4 floor, no elevator, single bed,no A/C, 5 square m.,looks like a room for cleaning staff. The next day they cancelled my access code and redirected to next accommodation and tell me pay for one day more. I complained to Help Center on May29 and May31. My 3 day vacation in Rome was ruined. My confirmation number-2954246238.

  : The location was great it was 5 minutes walk to the Termini station and there is a bus top directly almost in front of the building that takes you to all top tourist attractions in a breeze. You can walk to the attractions I believe the colosseum is 15 minutes away - some are 20-30 minutes away but it is an easy walk since most of the area is flat. There's a lot of supermarkets nearby - I like the el Tigre around the next block. There is a common fridge that you can use and a microwave. an
  : there is no soundproofing and you can hear everything - they do provide earplugs - it wasn't a problem for me since I am not a light sleeper. Also, there's no desk or a small table in the room where you can set up a laptop - I had to use the kitchen/dining area to work. You cannot cook - there is a stovetop but there's a sign that you're not allowed to cook. I took a point because of what I listed here.
