  : I was greeted with a warm and hospitable reception. The location is perfect. The Air Con was spot on for Rome’s heat in July.

  : The location and the staff were super friendly and happy to help with our bags since there’s no elevator
  : I’ve stayed there 2 more times on first and second floor and the rooms were amazing and super comfortable (always for 3 persons) but this time they sent us to third floor where the room was really poor. I asked for an upgrade but of course Rome is super busy and it wasn’t possible. I’m so sorry that I’m not making a good review but guys I was expecting the rooms I’ve been to and this one was a disaster

  : Fantastic location, especially for the price. They arranged an airport transfer for me. Great communication. The host was absolutely lovely and went over a city map with me and gave me some recommendations. They also held my bags for me after I checked out so I could do some more exploring before coming back to get them. The original tile floors are also very beautiful. Would stay again.
  : The rooms weren’t the most soundproof but wasn’t a dealbreaker. You have to take the stairs up to the rooms so if you have big/many bags this might be a hassle.

  : Extremely clean, great location and the staff are very helpful. The man at the desk was great. He gave us good information and organised our taxis as we were leaving very early in the morning. No issues at all. The room layout was strange and there are some stairs with no lift , but overall it was great.

  : the building was very old, when we came back after dinner back to the room we tried to open the door but the key broke inside, it was about 10:30 pm. we tried to call staff by a number but there was no number. We had to stay until 2 am approximately trying to get into the room and i had to pay 200€ to the emergency staff that opened the door for us. They day after, i went down the stairs to complain to the receptionist but because the housekeeping lady didnt put up the “warning wet floor” sign after she cleaned, i dont know for what reason she didnt put it up, i slipped down the stairs about 6 steps on my back and now i have a sore back. i asked them to call ambulance but they declined and said its better to go alone. now i am in severe back pain and had to leave to barcelona. my daughter, miriam and i, magdy, stayed in the room D6 on the floor just above the reception. thanks.

  : Lorenzo and the other staff members where amazing. Super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with all our needs
  : We where woken up super early this morning with some noises on the roof (they where fixing something)

  : Location was everything. Keep in mind, there is no elevators, and so hauling luggage was not so great. The location made up for that.
  : Elevators will make a world of difference.

  : Location, Location, Location! 59 Steps Trevi is within easy walking distance to all sites in Rome! Staff were very helpful.
