  : the place was clean and in a good location, however it is too noisy at night from the busy steeet downstairs. facilities were basic, and we had what we needed.
  : the staff member who greeted us was very pleasant, however when we left another staff member was harassing us by calling us 6 times in a row whilst we were checking in at the airport and couldn’t talk at the time. the reason for their 6 calls was because the kids had left a piece of play dough on the floor for which we were blamed that it is poop, and afterwards they admitted that it is a play dough, a diaper on the floor which was sealed, and a few chalk marks on the wall. the end of our stay at the apartment is what ruined our experience, I will always remember this bad experience with a staff member.
