  : The bed was really comfy. Bathroom not spacy but really good and clean.
  : breakfast could be better!! It was decent but u were still hungry after 1 or 2 hours. !!

  : To be fair, what was perfect honestly is the location and coffee machine inside the room.
  : Well, first of all once I arrived, my room wasn't fully ready and I noticed the women taking care of the cleaning activities, once I arrived, entering the room and than grabbed a bottle to spray in the inside. In the second place, I noticed that on the bed are some traces of hair and a little bit of dust. No one of the main the main management team was present ,neither on my arrival ,neither when I left (keeping in mind that I told a guy over the phone that I will be quitting early morning).

  : The location was convenient.
  : One of the two beds was unusable. It was very old and appeared to be broken. When I informed the lady doing room maintenance, she responded that the management was aware of the problem. My question is, if the management knew about the issue, why did they not address it?

  : Accomodation is close to Termini train station. And the highlight, the wall between room and shower is transparent, so you can watch your buddy while he is taking shower :D
  : There was nobody at the reception, the check-in was done by a cleaning lady who doesn't speak English. At night, there was noise from the street, but just sound of traffic, so it wasn't so bad. And we had a problem to get in, doors were closed and no one was at the reception and there was no key in the safety box.
